All the positions in the DYO are completely voluntary. Our organisation functions because many parents of present and past players give their time to see the orchestras achieve their best. There is a tremendous sense of achievement amongst all the helpers, not to mention the buzz and fun in participating in this enterprise. We constantly need new people to bring new ideas, new energy and to challenge old habits.
